Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
